U15 Girls Blue Coaching Team for 2026-2027!

Head Coach - Michelle Tyslau

A lifelong athlete and educator from Lethbridge, Michelle brings a wealth of experience both on and off the court. A former post-secondary volleyball player, she earned her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge before completing her Master of Education at Gonzaga University. Throughout her coaching career, Michelle has worked with athletes ranging from youth to collegiate levels, helping players develop confidence, skills, and a love for the game.

Known for her passion for athlete development and positive team culture, Michelle is excited to lead the U15 Girls Blue program and help athletes grow as players, teammates, and leaders throughout the upcoming season.

Back to business….We’ve received a lot of questions about the team selection process, so we’ve put together these slides to help explain each step.

Team formation is an ongoing process, and many roster decisions are still to come.

Please review the slides above, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

One of the most common questions we’ve received is:

“If my athlete doesn’t receive a re-signing offer, does that mean they won’t be offered a spot with LVC?”

The answer is no.

The re-signing process is only one part of team formation for the 2026–2027 season.

Athletes may still have opportunities during the Open Commitment Period and through the regular tryout process later in the year.

We encourage families to view the re-signing process as one step in a larger team selection process, not the final outcome for an athlete.

As additional information becomes available, we will continue to communicate updates and timelines with our membership.
