📌Budget, Finance & expense Management
This is very important part of work that needs to be managed properly by being very transparent, open, and having discussions with fellow members to the extent that makes best sense. We need to spend money wisely and make sure you’re getting the value for the dollar being spent. Saving on taxes is like plugging holes in a leaky bucket-every dollar you earn is water poured in, patch the biggest leaks and you can create a reservoir for future use. Same analogy applies on my Restaurant Business and the same will apply to managing your tax dollars. If funds are managed properly, we will have extra funds for future use and create programs for seniors & youth.

✏️Empowering Youth & Education
Education will be subsidized where possible. Youth mentorship & trades programs; counties often lack big-city services, so they invest in keeping youth engaged with apprenticeship fairs, after- school programs, and volunteer opportunities to empower our youth, which is our future. The future always belongs to the youth, for they are the architects who will inherit today’s foundations and build tomorrow’s world.

🎯Community Life & events
We need to preserve our green belt; where everyone can enjoy playing, camping, and most of all building strong foundations for families, communities together grow up, play and love. We need to keep our festival events for example: Canada day parade, where families and communities get together and celebrate together, also small businesses get free advertisement along with the farmers get exposed and recognized by our residents.

🚨Safety and Crime Prevention
Crime Prevention through environmental design, use urban design (better lighting, open sightlines, and active parks) to reduce crime naturally. Need to work with law enforcement to reduce crime and introduce programs for our youth to keep them busy. One of the strengths of smaller communities is accessibility. More coffee with council sessions, open-mic town halls, or youth advisory boards could give residents the ownership they deserve in decisions.

📈Economic Development
We will create jobs by supporting small businesses, startups, and new infrastructure projects. Taxes will be lowered or made fairer for all citizens. Training and upskilling programs will help both youth and workers thrive in a changing economy.
