OFFICE ADMIN NEEDED: Maemax Compaction Services Ltd.

We are a small waste & recycling service company based in Nisku looking for an office administrator for full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00).

Experience with the following would be beneficial but we are willing to train the right candidate:
- MAC/iPhone
- Word
- Excel
- Quicksbooks
- App based software.

Duties will include:

- Posting & closing work orders and sending invoices with Quickbooks
- Entering and dispatching services call in our online software
- Monitoring and tracking open and outstanding service calls.
- Answering emails as needed.
- Entering receipts into Quickbooks
- Printing and tracking accounts payable & accounts receivable reports.
- General office duties; filing, office organization.
- You will report directly to the owner.

This is a new position with our company, the duties may be added/changed.

As we are a small company, it is more of a family atmosphere with openness when it comes to our staffs’ needs.
