Mitchell Life Celebrant

A few months ago; my Mother-in-law passed away. I knew that I would deliver her celebration of life. I found comfort while writing my speech; because I had the opportunity to relive stories that I was part of, but also a whole lot of new ones. I always kept in my mind that it was for the family’s peace of mind that I wrote about the light and love she provided to her family. It wasn’t always clear until the end of the story that she always had her family’s wellbeing at heart.

Even though I have done many services, I learned an important lesson. I work in the light and to share in the love while celebrating someone’s life story.

Regardless how that person has passed, I choose to stay in the light; for sometimes it is not always clear at the beginning how much light and love someone has to share, nor is it clear how they loved; but at the end of my services, it is always clear that there was always light and much love surrounding the person I celebrate.
