✨Things I’m doing to get me through this time because I have to strengthen my own mindset:

1- studying different studies from different sources about relationship between mind and body (I’ve always been interested in psychology studies on human behaviours and how everything starts in your own mind & what you believe you are you become )

2-reminding myself of my why

3-reminding myself of how far I’ve come

4-reminding myself that I will get through this and come back stronger than ever

5-Studying and reviewing chapters to refresh my info from my personal training program

6-taking time to practice self reflection

7-enjoying a cup of coffee while reading book

8-just spending so much time with myself which I absolutely love ✨
