We recently completed this 1-bedroom, 1-bath custom unit featuring a full kitchen and 3-piece bathroom.

The owners chose to place their home on a mobile trailer chassis — allowing them to move it in case of forest fires. We also handled the installation of a full septic field, roof system, and front balcony for a complete turnkey setup.

Our 1 bed / 1 bath units with full kitchens start at $45,000, and we’re now proud to offer CSA-certified builds as well.
