FYI beachfront in front of pb rose is eroding due to change in climate. Today the beach chairs were taken away due to surf being so high. It was amazing, and sad!

It’s hard to believe I started dabbling in design in 2007 out of my garage. Looking back, my next move to Mission out of a service station garage was even more humorous.
