Haida Gwaii Travel Study 🌊🌲 | This May, students from across various programs gained immersive field experience exploring one of British Columbia’s most ecologically and culturally significant regions.

A few highlights included:
▪️Climbing Taaw Tldáaw
▪️Visiting the Haida Heritage Centre
▪️Hiking to the Pesuta Shipwreck
▪️Walking among giant Sitka Spruce
▪️Spotting whales and orcas

Through hands-on research, learning from local cultures, and exploring alongside peers, students gained invaluable experience while building new friendships.
