The federal government has introduced a new GST rebate on new homes - potentially saving buyers up to $50,000.

Here’s how it works:
• Up to $1M: Full GST rebate
• $1M – $1.5M: Partial rebate
• $1.5M+: No rebate

Applies to new or substantially renovated homes, with contracts signed March 20, 2025 or later.
