They toured our work in person. Then they hired us to top it.

Our clients walked through one of our finished duplexes, designed by the team here at Arcadia, and reached out to bring us on for their own project. After reviewing the existing plans, we recommended a full redesign to maximize the lot and make every square foot of the duplex work harder.

Those units are now underway in construction, on track for completion in early 2027.
