Let’s give a warm welcome to our newest member, Urban Roots Build Co., and co-founders Grant Gibson and Mark Nowotny.

Urban Roots brings over 30 years of experience building and renovating homes, and was founded on a no pressure, client-first philosophy. They bring a design-build approach that supports projects from concept through completion.

With Grant based here on Pender, their team takes a thoughtful and professional approach to their work. That is something that’s always valued in our community.

They’ve also stepped in as a Champion member, helping support the work of the Chamber and the broader business community at our highest level.

This kind of support makes a real difference.

After years of planting deep roots on Pender Island, Urban Roots is proud to officially join the Pender Island Chamber of Commerce.

With our Co-Founder Grant effectively a full-time Penderite at this point, overseeing all of the projects on the island, saying Pender Island holds a special place in our hearts would be an understatement. Officially joining the Chamber has been a long time coming. and we couldn't be more excited.

Through all of our work on Pender, we've had the privilege of becoming the island's most experienced builders. Urban Roots was built on the simple idea of being no pressure, relaxed, and client-first.
