Invati Cafe

An after yoga smoothie together just warms our heart! Our cafe opened the day our studio opened almost 7 years ago! We are so grateful to have served so many of you, so grateful for all of our staff that has come and gone throughout the years and of course our current staff at this time. The local schools supporting us in the past through their hot lunch programs. So many gatherings and connections in this special space! But……it is time for a big change at Invati! We will be closing down the cafe sometime before May 1st and creating a yoga room that will hold space for unheated classes and workshops! We are sooooo excited to be creating another yoga room! Time for Yoga On The Inside to grow even more! Stay tuned for more info on this exciting change and until then come on in and order your favorite smoothie and bowl while you still can!
