70lbs gone forever..... I feel like crying and laughing all at the same time. I have had many bumps along the way, but it is like doing the cha-cha: one step back, two steps forward ❤ 💃

There are many solutions out there. There are also critics for every one of them. I have learned to drown out the naysayers because at the end of the day it is me and my body that I live with, and I am loving the healthy and strong one I have now ❤. 70lbs says something to me 🙂
