black bean & gabonzo bean salad.
1 can black beans drained
1 can of garbanzo beans drained
Fresh cilantro (much as you like)
Bell pepper ( yellow orange or red) bell pepper
Green scallops onions
1 to 2 ripe small avocado (diced)
1 can black olives 🫒
1 or 2 medium cucumber(s) diced or sliced 🥒
1/2 or 1 container of grape tomatoes 🍅
1 to 2 lemons 🍋 (fresh juice)
Raw sunflower seeds
[Mix all ingredients together. The fresh veggies add as much or less that you want. Be creative, make this salad colorful 😋 and have fun making it. Great meal for hot weather. I like eating organic sesame corn chip with it.)
