With the lack of snow over the majority of this winter (except this week) there has been lots of downtime. However it also created a unique opportunity to do trail work in midwinter!

Over the course of the 2023-2024 winter PTC has built 5km of NEW trails to add to the network. All of the new trails were built using the ASV RT40 track loader which is 48 inches wide and makes the perfect width of trail.

Each of these new trails offers a different experience but with the common goal of enhancing both the diversity and connectivity of the trail system.

Most of the trails now start and end at "trail hubs" that allow for easier navigation and orientation for trail users. Moving into 2024 we will continue to enhance these "hubs" with improved signage and features.
