The skies over Waterloo Region are about to get a whole lot bluer - our T-33 Mako Shark is about to head up for a flight! She’ll be overhead in the next 10 minutes or so, and may even swing by the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum for a pass or two!

After she takes off, you can follow her live on any flight tracker by searching C-FRGA.

This is what our T-33 Mako Shark was built for.

We’re excited to share an important update about the future of Waterloo Warbirds.

After careful review and in response to changes over the past few years, we have applied for registration as a charitable organization. This step is designed to support long-term sustainability and growth.

📍 Join us for our first member meeting at our home base at the Waterloo International Airport on Saturday May 30th at 10 AM.

Come meet the team, learn how to get involved, enjoy refreshments, and—weather permitting—watch some flying!

We’re excited to begin this next chapter and look forward to welcoming you.
