Hey Racers, and Race Fans. 🏁

Things are changing every day and hopefully soon we will all be back at the raceway. Right now practice is open for you and 4 of your crew.....and you’ll need masks to leave your stall, smart Pro 4’s know who to call !! Just want to thank John Karley of Georgetown Printing for making these available to our club, family and fans. These masks will provide the full protection required, laundry up nicely for repeated use but most of all are cooler than most I have tried, and let me tell you I have tried a bunch now!! They just came in so I am trying to price them as a fund raiser for our division memorial night so prices are not set yet. I just wanted to share this quality work and get a feel for the interest out there.

Flamboro Speedway Pro Four June 11, 2016 first feature of the Pro Four

Doc Holiday here, official mascot for Team 33. We worked very hard to get the car ready for the Shakedown Weekend at Flamboro and when she hit the track she was flying in practice! Then came the qualifying race - coming into the second lap we blew a tire and found the engine way down on power, so that ended our night. The 93 of Dan Pettit also struggled during practice was found to have a bent valve. The guys worked feverishly to make the qualifier but it didn't happen. Team 33 attempted to remedy our issues at the race shop but by noon it was decided to bring the Zero out of winter storage and get back to the track. Day 2 saw more problems for the 93 team. Mike Westwood was taking her out for the green flag when he decided the motor just didn't sound right and retired When the green did drop the 15 of Dan Nanticoke took off with an incredible lead until a rad hose popped causing the one and only caution of the day. On the restart it was 36 of Dave Hodgkinson, 8 of Craig Shaver and the 9 of Brian Nanticoke battling it out for the checkered! When the flag man signalled the end of the race, congratulations went out to the #36 of Dave Hodgkinson on his first feature win of the 2016 season 🏁
