This Tax year has been off to a rocky start. Approved software to prepare taxes only came in on Feb 22nd. Many have been dropping off which is great. Please be patient this year. Other programs I also work with that also involve taxation had issues with being able to generate and correctly transfer to T4 slips. So this has caused delays. The phone ringing off the hook from telemarketers has been also delaying things as it interrupts work flow. Then there is still some annoying calls for Stroh's Beer that is actually made by Sleemans Brewery in Guelph Ontario and has a factory called Stroh's in BC. There is also one in the States. It has been quite annoying receiving phone calls when I am trying to do book work or prepare taxes when you have a drunk on the phone complaining about beer especially when you have no affiliation with such. So be patient as there are times I have to just walk away from it all play a game to clear my head. Also those whom have collected the Cerb some will be paying it back others will be paying taxes on the money as it is added to your regular income if you had any for that year. Those whom were on EI it is calculated on your T4E slip from EI. Any question message me.
