Our branch is looking for a Business Service Specialist (Commercial and Personal Account Manager), RIB.Ont. licensed Your main responsibilities will be collaborating with our team and help plan, maintain, and grow the operation of the brokerage. You will be the main contact for all the customer insurance needs and manage the renewals for the assigned book of business, policy changes and sales.

About You:
You maintain positive relationships with existing customers, you are a detailed oriented individual and can follow practices and procedures provided by the brokerage. You are highly organized and maintain, update, and organize all data. You are comfortable with assisting with mentoring and training when required.
Necessary qualifications include:
• Level 1 or 2 General Insurance Licence RIBO
• Commitment to ongoing learning such as CAIB or CIP
• 3-7 years commercial insurance experience
• 3-4 years experience working in customer service and a team environment.
• Familiarity the SIGXP BMS, Microsoft Office, or Compu Quote an asset.
