🌟 Celebrating Seniors Month 🌟

June is Seniors Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the older adults who enrich our communities with their wisdom, experiences, and contributions.

We are proud to support seniors and encourage everyone to take advantage of the many events happening throughout Kitchener-Waterloo this month. Waterloo Public Library and the City of Waterloo are offering a variety of free programs and activities for older adults, providing wonderful opportunities to connect, learn, and stay active.

Today, our clients enjoyed creating beautiful wooden tulips, each one painted with its own unique colors and style. It was wonderful to see everyone's creativity shine as they worked on their flowers and shared lots of smiles along the way. 💐✨

A few of our clients got creative making adorable caterpillars out of egg cartons! 🐛🎨
With a little paint, googly eyes, and lots of imagination, these colourful little critters came to life. Crafts like these are always such a fun way to encourage creativity, fine motor skills, and plenty of laughter along the way.
The room was full of smiles, bright colours, and proud artists showing off their unique creations. We love seeing how something simple can turn into so much fun and joy together! 💚

Clients had so much fun arranging colourful flowers, greenery, and decorations to create their own unique spring-inspired designs. Each shadow box turned out so differently, showing off everyone’s creativity and personal touch.
The room was filled with laughter, conversation, and lots of admiration for each other’s creations. It was such a lovely way to brighten the day and celebrate the beauty of the season together. ☀️💐
