This Mental Health Month, Brock teams joined together from across our offices, connecting online and in person for a speaker event focused on wellbeing. We explored how physical health and mental health are closely linked, and why taking care of both matters at work and beyond. Proud of our people for showing up, supporting one another, and continuing to build a culture where wellbeing is part of how we work.

Brock Kitchener showed up strong on May 9 for the Run for Women in support of women’s mental health. With over 30 employees participating and Brock donating to the cause for each runner, it was an inspiring day of teamwork, community, and meaningful impact. This is what it looks like when we come together for something that truly matters.

Our Kitchener team took on the CN Tower last week, heading into downtown Toronto to participate in WWF’s Climb for Nature. From climbing together to supporting the World Wildlife Fund’s important work, it was all about teamwork, community, and making a positive impact beyond the office. Moments like this are what make working at Brock so rewarding.

Our Brock Dallas team gathered yesterday in the Panel Shop for our annual BBQ, sharing great food, including traditional Laos dishes, and even better company. Events like this bring our people together and highlight the diverse, welcoming culture that makes Brock a great place to work.
