True North Aid

Communities across Northwestern Ontario, Manitoba and BC are responding to rapidly changing wildfire conditions, with many families forced to leave their homes on short notice. Indigenous communities have been disproportionately affected.

True North Aid will be reaching out to evacuees to help support families access essential supplies, including baby formula, hygiene products, bedding, and other urgent necessities.

On June 19th, students of Swansea Public School participated in the Amazing Race fundraiser.

This was a fun race to complete a set of 20 challenges in their classrooms. For the second year, True North Aid was the designated charity.
