Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your health care team. As the province is beginning to reopen, we too are taking steps to begin resuming services for our valued patients. We are tentatively reopening on Monday, June 1, 2020.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, we have made some changes to our policies and procedures in order to keep our patients and our staff safe moving forward. When you come in for your appointment, please be mindful of the following:

- Wear a mask or other face covering to your appointment
- Family members/rides should not wait in the clinic. Please ensure that you have contact information for the person who will be driving you home and our nurses will contact them by telephone when you are ready to go home.
- Bring minimal belongings with you to your appointment
- Be mindful and respectful of physical distancing
- Use hand sanitizer frequently and use good handwashing techniques
- We appreciate your kindness and patience as we navigate this new normal!

Note that each referral is reviewed by our physicians and then triaged based on urgency – please be patient as you await a phone call from us.
