Senior's Move

Dear friends and followers,

You may remember that earlier this year, I removed Facebook and Instagram from my phone for Lent, and didn't use those apps at all during that time. I have to say, I think the break did me good, and I won't be reinstalling those apps on my phone.

In fact, after much reflection, I’ve decided to step back from regular social media engagement. Recent insights, including those shared by Dr. Anders Hansen on the Feel Better, Live More podcast, have deepened my understanding of how these platforms impact our attention, mental health, and overall well-being. Social media is designed to keep us scrolling, often at the cost of real connection and focus, and I don’t want to add to that cycle.

I’ll still pop in from time to time to share updates about new services or offerings, but for now, I’m shifting my focus elsewhere.

Thank you for being here, and I hope we all find more ways to connect meaningfully beyond the screen.
