💚Have you tried fresh green almonds? 💚

At the very beginning of the season the fresh green almonds are much smaller and more green in colour. To eat the them we dip them in salt and enjoy the crunchy outside and fleshy inside. Later on in the season, now, the almond is lighter in colour and harder. The almond has developed inside and is maturing. With these mature almonds we crack the shell and eat the inside!!
