Today we took coach training outside! We fired up the BBQ, enjoyed some great food, and spent the afternoon talking through our plans and goals for the fall and winter.

These days remind us just how lucky we are.

We hit the jackpot with this team. The level of care, passion, and investment they have in our members, our studios, and each other is something special. They never stop looking for ways to learn, grow, and make every class even better.

We have some exciting things in the works, and if today was any indication, the best is still to come. ❤️💙
