Contech exposition 2023

This is one of my newest projects set to break ground in May! Located in Wakefield village in La Pêche, Quebec.

The client is looking for a super efficient home, with massive window openings to look out onto their waterfront property!

This project is going to be built using a relatively new building system called ICF blocks or insulated concrete foundation. This not only allows for a higher R-Value, but is a plug in place system that only require 2-3 workers to install in a short amount of time. The passive design of the home is set to utilize the solar heat gain from the South and also block the cold winds from the North. This project will also be fitted with heated floors, 10 foot ceilings and large open spaces with beautiful views to enjoy from all rooms.
