We’re ! University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) is seeking an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to join our team on a 6-month contract.

The 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is a critical role within the Finance and Administration team at UHKF. This position reports to the Manager of Financial Services and is responsible for the completion of full-cycle gift processing for high-volume, low-dollar donations.
This position requires someone who can manage a large volume of donations, who is highly process and detail-oriented with a deep sense of integrity and a critical degree of accuracy.

This position also requires an individual who is proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) database administration to ensure data integrity and accurate analysis.
