People assume us as fitness professionals have no problem working out. I can speak for myself, that often it is a struggle to get out, especially after the last couple of years or on the weekends.
Today is one of those days ~ I did make the choice to get off my couch after the Queens funeral and head to the gym ~ just finished and for sure feel happy I made the effort on this gloomy day to get outside, see some people and get a sweat on.
Here’s what I did if you feel like hitting it too:
Part A
5 rounds
Row 500m
Wall ball x 10
Dumbbell bridge floor press x 10
Then
Part B
5 rounds
Assault bike 15 calories
Offset carry x 100m
