Menopause brings hormonal changes that can lead to a loss of muscle mass, decreased bone density, a slower metabolism, and reduced strength—but these changes aren’t inevitable.

Strength training is one of the most effective ways to support your body before, during, and after menopause. Regular resistance training can help:
•Preserve and build muscle
•Maintain bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis
•Boost metabolism
•Support heart and metabolic health
•Improve balance and reduce fall risk
•Enhance mood, energy, and confidence

The key is consistency. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym—just one or two focused strength training sessions each week can make a meaningful difference.

Being strong is an investment in your future health, independence, and quality of life.
