To all the workers out there, we say thank you! Thank you for your commitment, your perseverance, and your unwavering dedication. Your contributions are invaluable, and they deserve to be celebrated.

It's always great to get out to site with newer engineers! Thomas Dietrich and I have been making frequent trips to a in Washington, working on a major upgrade project to their 15kV power system. I try to spend some time every trip to do some mentoring. These are the engineers of tomorrow that we're training!

As part of the project all of their main 15kV switchgear is being upgraded, and all new SEL relays are being installed from Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL). We're engineering all the protection and control on the project.

Next week we'll be going to the FAT for the switchgear!
