Supporting females in their journey through pregnancy & postpartum has been so much more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined. Being able to educate and encourage this community while watching their confidence sky rocket in and outside of the gym has been truly remarkable. How lucky am I to call this work!!!

With the constant balancing act of completing my Masters degree and trying to grow this little business, this nomination alongside many other fantastic nominees is truly an honour.
