Worked on something beautiful today.

Chocolate and tea play so nicely together! This is one our newest pairings. Finnia Chocolate Thailand 70% and Tangiers Lemon White Tea. The chocolate has a beautiful fruity flavour, including notes of raisin and Merlot grapes and a hint of pineapple and passion fruit. The tea is grown in the Fujian province in China and flavoured with lemon. Combined they make for a light tropical indulgence
