Rideau Gymnastics and Resolute Center are bringing back our incredible GEMS & MINERALS SUMMER CAMP!

💎Get ready to ROCK and roll with our Awesome KNOWLEDGE: Gems & Minerals Summer Camp! 💎 From epic rockhounding excursions to ✨sparkling ✨ gemstone workshops, our camp is a gemologist's dream come true!

🔍 What to Expect (actual projects may vary of course!):
🏞️ Rockhounding Excursions: Campers will explore rock formations, mineral compositions, and geological processes
💎 Gemstone Workshops: Campers will examine a variety of rocks, minerals, and gemstone to learn about their physical properties such as colour, hardness, lustre, and transparency.
🔨Lapidary Arts: Campers will get to cut and polish their own gemstones
🎉👟 Pack a BIG water bottle bc we’ve got two exciting new activities: 💦Splash Friday and Zorb Ball! 🏀(a giant inflatable ball you climb into and roll around for endless fun and laughter!)

All our campers will also get to bounce, jump, climb and benefit from Rideau Gymnastics’ fantastic facilities! From trampolines to Ninja Obstacle courses, it will be a full day of well rounded fun!
