Best believe we jumped all over the opportunity of being a part of a charity event for The Children's Wish Foundation. Everyone at the NAC last night got to go home with some ShapeShifters savings. We also donated a bundle of sessions and a 12 week online program for the silent auction. Thanks for letting us be a part of this night!

4 years of hope and I finally managed to stay still long enough to snag a pic with a few of the boys. Guess mixing in those waters never hurts

Good buddy of mine and I playing around with his squat. Shawn approached me 5 weeks back wanting to step up his game. He's following a 10 week program and I'm amazed at how much someone can turn things around in such a short period of time. Keep at it my man!
