Make sure your vehicle is ready for winter, fluids full, battery condition and coolant strength adequate, brakes, steering and suspension are in good working order! The people of Kamloops can't seem to get a break. Covid 19 pandemic, loss of jobs, kids aren't in school, fear of the unknown, running out of supplies, and now snow. Yes this is very serious but hang in there it will get better, be good to your neighbor and help when you can. We wanted to let you know we have chosen to keep our doors open. We are taking as many safety precautions as we can including wiping keys, fobs, steering wheels, handles and shifters with disinfectant wipes. Our front desk, debit machine and entry door are wiped down with every client that comes through the office. We will pick your car up and take payments over the phone if that makes you feel safer. Unfortunately we are not offering shuttle or a waiting room at this time for our staff's safety. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to call.

Many times I've been asked why our l**e oil and filter changes cost more than the express l**e shops. Our service includes a road test, inspection on hoist which includes tie rod ends, ball joints, sway bar links, control arms and related bushings, exhaust, shocks, struts, belts, hoses, mounts, frame, visual signs of fluid leaks, inspect engine and cabin filters, adjust tire pressures, inspect lighting, perform an oil change with premium oil and Wix filters. Our certified technicians note if there is anything that is dangerous and recommend up coming repairs and or maintenance that will be required in the future so you can plan for it. They are not pressured to create a sale and do not get paid on commission so up selling is not a benefit to them. Yes an appointment is required which is an inconvenience to some but remember we are more than happy to shuttle you to and from work or home. Let us look after the health of your car, light truck, class C motor home up to 22' or small utility trailer. We are certified to perform dealer recommended services on new vehicles. You do not have to go back to the dealer. Most sales associates will lead you to believe this can void your warranty. It's not true. Expensive and costly break downs will be less and you can drive your vehicle with confidence knowing it's been cared for with us here at Brock Auto Centre. Your safety matters to us! We offer 12 month/20,000km warranty on any new part we install. It also covers you outside of town if you run into trouble!
