Today, we celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, histories, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples across Canada.

As a community-focused thrift store, we are grateful to be part of a city located within the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territory of the Secwépemc Nation. We recognize the importance of learning from and celebrating the diverse voices, stories, and cultures that help shape our community.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of National Indigenous Peoples Day, held on the summer solstice - a time of gathering, celebration, and renewal for many Indigenous communities.

We encourage everyone to take a moment today to learn, reflect, celebrate, and support Indigenous artists, businesses, knowledge keepers, and community events.
