The Mental Health Commission of Canada has required an update to the length of the facilitated modules. They added an extra half hour to each module to ensure that there is time for the activities and resulting discussions. As there is no test, these activities and discussions are vital to meet the learning objectives of the course.

Did you know the course requires a minimum of 10 people to run? The group-based learning requires, well, a group!

The more people who are trained in Mental Health First Aid the better! If you interact with the public, work in a team, or know people with a mental health concern, this training is for you.
