Hey there everyone!
Its been a minute since I took some time to introduce myself and my little hobby.
Hi! I’m Melanie, the heart and heat behind Spice Foundry.
By day, I work as a care aide with a huge heart for helping others. By night, I’m in my kitchen crafting bold, small-batch hot sauces designed to hit hard and taste even better. Tattooed, pierced, and fueled by a love of horror and heat, I built Spice Foundry for people who like their flavor loud and unapologetic.
Spice Foundry is built on small-batch craftsmanship and fearless heat. Every sauce is forged with intention — balanced, layered, and designed to elevate your food, not just burn it. I currently craft each bottle focusing on quality, creativity, and a little bit of controlled chaos.

Final touches on some Christmas basket orders. I am extremely grateful for the support I've had from my friends and family this year.
No special baking in these baskets this year, but I did make another batch of my blueberry pomegranate jalapeno jam.
