Welcoming a brand new business to Kamloops: Grocer & Grub.

You may already know owner Paige from the well-known and much-loved private dining and catering company . With Grocer & Grub, she’s bringing what has always made Sage & Plate so special. Elevated yet approachable food, signature quality, and thoughtful attention to detail now live in an everyday, community-focused space. Located in what was once The Sweet Spot in Aberdeen by Canadian Tire, Grocer & Grub is designed to elevate the everyday food experience in Kamloops while staying warm, welcoming, and rooted in good taste.

Grocer & Grub will offer chef-prepared meals, ready-to-enjoy foods, and a curated selection of goods from Canadian small businesses, alongside a growing line of house-made products.

This rebrand focused on clearly defining who Grocer & Grub is, who it’s meant for, and translating that into a cozy, inviting, and playful visual identity that reflects its values and genuine care for good food for good company.

Opening this April/May at 1415 Hillside Drive, please go follow and give them a warm welcome. They’re here to bring you good food, because… you have good taste 😉

I’m so pumped to finally share one of the biggest projects I worked on this summer ⚡😬

Back in the spring, Sun Peaks Resort reached out and asked me to submit a proposal to rebrand their flagship retail store, Elevation. I. WAS. THRILLED. Outdoor brands have been on my bucket list for a while, so the chance to pitch for this one felt huge. Plus, having grown up around Sun Peaks, I felt an extra connection to the project.. like I really understood the assignment.

But it wasn’t handed to me.. I had to earn it! I put together the best damn proposal I’ve ever created, and it worked. Badlands was officially selected for the rebrand.

From there, it was game on. The timeline was tight, the deliverables were big (five initial concepts, three rounds of revisions, and plenty of extra assets), and I’ll admit, I put a ton of pressure on myself to make it great.

And honestly? I’m so proud of how it came together. The new brand is fresh, bold, and built to stand out in the heart of Sun Peaks Village. Signs are being created right now, and I can’t wait to see this identity come to life in person soon.
