We're so grateful for the spring rain this past week. Our crops were parched and in need of some moisture so the rain was very welcome. With the cool weather though, comes the reality that this week's supply for the markets is down.
This means, we may sell out by the end of the day at our markets, so come early if your heart was set on a bundle of asparagus.
This week, you'll also find a good supply of spinach, spring onions, lettuce, rhubarb and more! And as always, we'll have our full line of pickled veggies, jams, jellies, chutneys, and relishes.
