Looking to hire!!! Service Advisor / IOS Technician

• I need someone to work as a service advisor. Job duty would be to check in clients and process the clients when picking up their equipment.
• I would like to train and certify them to become a Certified Apple IOS Technician, meaning they would repair cell phones and work in Apples portal to process and diagnose these items.
• They would need to learn how to do some admin work, meaning inputting inventory, making orders, and creating customer quotes.
• Customer service is very key to this business, so this person would need to also have exceptional customer service skills.
