Big exterior transformation for this project where replacing the flat roof to a nice gable end pitch roof was the ultimate goal. The home owners were looking for long lasting low maintenance products. We went with steel roofing over the porch and back room areas along with composite decking and aluminum railing on the decks for very low maintenance products while making the new additons to the house visually appealing.

A beautiful turn out on this Douglas Fir Timber frame poolside cabana with integrated pool house bar & grill. A perfect staycation area to enjoy with family and friends during the beautiful summer months. Another great job done with Cut Once Construction & Fix My Brick.
