This week has been one of those weeks where my energy feels completely spent.

Not because anything is wrong.

Not because I am giving up.

Simply because sometimes our mind, body, and soul need us to pause.

We live in a world that constantly tells us to keep pushing, keep producing, keep doing.

Yet some of the greatest healing happens in stillness.

Today I am listening to my own advice and allowing myself a little grace.

Many people believe they are waiting for the right opportunity, the right relationship, the right job, or the right moment before their life can truly begin.
