Hello Customers!

First, we’d like to reaffirm that we at East Place take great care in the preparation of our food and take pride in running a clean and responsible establishment.

Recently, we received a negative review stating that a certain "something" was found in a customer’s food. That something was actually CHICKEN and we assured the complaining customer that it was chicken. Regardless, they left feeling very dissatisfied and had voiced that dissatisfaction very publicly.

After receiving their complaint, we immediately invited the Health Inspector to review the situation. The Inspector verified in-person that it was indeed chicken. During the visit, the inspector also performed a routine health inspection and as per usual we have renewed our green food safety status. For transparency purposes, we have enclosed a statement from the food inspection report verifying that it was indeed chicken.

Again, we take food quality very seriously. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to see you soon.
