🌼 Minds in Bloom: Childhood Anxiety Support Group 🌼
Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre is offering a 4-session support group for children ages 8–13 who are experiencing anxiety.
Through peer connection, creativity, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies, children will have the opportunity to explore new ways to navigate complex emotions in a supportive environment.
