Sarah Huizing, Project Manager

Sarah has a degree with honours in public relations from Humber College and has now been a public relations professional in management roles for over 20 years. With her unique ability to communicate, while remaining process-oriented, Sarah easily moved into a project management position.

Over the years she has continued to refine her skills through project management training courses and has extensive experience across a variety of sectors, where she has helped to execute small- and large-scale projects. Sarah excels in understanding the details and communicating them well, skills that are uniquely suited to the software business.

As someone who finds communication intuitive, Sarah plays an integral role in bribridging the gap between our development team and our clients. Her sense of curiosity, and people skills, combined with her process-oriented mind give her the ability to straddle both worlds well.

Tom Sweeney, Software Development Manager

Tom is seasoned in the software business with years of experience. He began his career as a developer, later earning a Master's degree in software project management and becoming a project manager at an enterprise mobile software company. He later became a lecturer teaching grad-level courses in IT management at Western Governors University in the US.

Over the years, Tom had the opportunity to work with Jamie, CEO of Webility, on a number of projects. Tom enjoyed working on those projects and appreciated the expertise that Webility brought to the table. That is why, when Jamie told him about the Software Development Manager opportunity at Webility, he jumped at the chance.

When Tom thinks about software he thinks beyond the “features” and sees the people who design, develop, and use it. For Tom, software is all about understanding the vision of the end user, choosing the right team to execute, while thoughtfully managing the process. This vision is exciting for our team and our customers.
