Next Generation Siding

My good friend Tina here wanted to finally get the upper part of her house resided since the chimney was taken down for years and was left open. So installed new soffit, fascia, window flashing, siding. Much better eh?! 🤙🏻🔨🤓... Eventually will have bottom done so installed aluminum transition line to still make it look nice and have the hardest part done. # sidersofinsta

So here's a new makeover. Dave and Breanna loved this new product called "Espace Bois", burnt wood, colour "Jaguar". They wanted the old plywood all covered up and well the design was tricky so decided to just cover the sides with aluminum which wasn't easy but got it done. Can't go wrong with a name like Jaguar for a colour 🤪!!

Backside well looks 💯 better. Dave wanted soffit roof extended if possible cuz as you see had no air flow so made it happen. Changed a few windows while we're at it and added styrofoam before Hardie Board went on. All in all looks better I'd say! 😏
