For those of you that don't know, I've been working at now for the last few months. I've been attempting to find a home base post-Catalyst, and this is it.

It's a great facility with great staff and kind members.

This is a recent testimonial from one of my clients who is trusting me with his injuries. We've worked with him to increase his mobility and strength every session, and have taken away his movement apprehension, which is key to recovering post injury.
