PrimeContact's COVID-19 Response

During this emergency pandemic, PrimeContact is donating our services for FREE or at cost and we will not increase or “HIKE” pricing. We DO NOT want to profit from tragedy.

Over the past 2 weeks, PrimeContact has conducted more than 200 virtual town-halls for Provinces, Municipalities, Hydro utilities, Nuclear utilities, Health Networks, Unions and Emergency services.

These have all been concerning the COVID-19 Virus & response efforts.

We want to ensure our clients know we are here to help should you need to do any large scale communications with any members or stakeholders regarding this issue.

We have canceled ALL non-essential booking slots for the next 4 weeks to allow room for organisations who may have additional communication requirements as a result of this virus.

We are committed to NOT profiting on emergency events and donating our services for FREE or at cost whenever possible.
